The business is specifically looking for a hands-on PMO leader who has previously entered organisations where the PMO function was underperforming, lacking structure, or failing to operate effectively - and successfully transformed it into a high-performing, well-governed, delivery-focused environment.The successful candidate will be energetic, highly organised, commercially aware, and capable of operating at pace within a fast-moving transformation environment.
