You will handle a varied caseload across a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial disputes, as well as residential and commercial property issues. Clients include SME businesses, property developers, landlords, and private individuals.This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, is commercially aware, and is eager to build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.Key Responsibilities

Managing cases involving landlord and tenant disputes, ownership conflicts, possession claims, and other contentious mattersAdvising a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering practical, effective solutionsContributing to business development by cultivating client relationships and generating new work opportunitiesAbout You

Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years\'' PQE in litigationExperience in corporate/commercial disputes and property-related mattersAmbitious, proactive, and motivated to progress your careerStrong communication skills with a client-focused approachBusiness development mindset and enthusiasm for growing your own caseloadWhat\''s on Offer
