We are seeking an experienced

Senior PHP Full Stack Developer

with extensive WordPress expertise to join our team in Manchester, UK. This role requires a minimum of 3 years'' experience in PHP and WordPress development. As a Senior Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of web applications, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to project planning. Job sponsorship may be considered.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly WordPress interfaces.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins optimized for performance and security.Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.Identify and resolve performance and security issues in existing applications.Utilize version control systems, such as Git, for effective code management.Engage in project planning and estimation with cross-functional teams.Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning within the team.Stay updated with emerging technologies to keep development processes cutting-edge.Required Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in PHP and WordPress development with a portfolio of relevant projects.Back-End Technologies:

Strong expertise in PHP (version 7+), and frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.Database Management:

Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.API Integration:

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Security Best Practices:

Knowledge of web security principles and performance optimization techniques.Version Control:

Proficient in Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.Communication:
