Frontline Recruitment Derby are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our clients busy production company on the outskirts of Derby, easily reached from Burton, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership/man management skills and experience within Warehouse/logistics.As a shift leader you will be responsible for a team of warehouse staff whose duties include;Order PickingPackingLoading / unloadingFLT counterbalance (not essential as in-house training not available)Flexible for working hours (no nights)Warehouse Management SystemsMan-management of small teamSuitable applicants will have supervisory/warehouse experience, flexible for shift work and looking for a "hands-on role" with the care, mentoring and responsibility of others. A counterbalance FLT license is desirable but not essential as in-house training available for the right applicant!This is a permanent role salary negotiable dependent upon experience.The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude towards training others and fostering a productive/efficient working environment.
