The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring adherence to UK regulatory standards, focusing on performing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, Identity and Verification (IDandV), and conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for a wide range of clients, including private individuals, corporates, and legal entities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct IDandV checks for private individuals, corporate entities, and complex structuresPerform KYC reviews, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory requirementsCarry out Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients, including assessing ownership structures and verifying source of funds/wealthMonitor transactions to identify suspicious activity and escalate when necessaryStay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practicesLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve compliance queriesKey Requirements:Previous experience in a KYC/AML role within a regulated financial services firmStrong knowledge of UK AML regulations, JMLSG Guidance, and FCA requirementsHands-on experience with transaction monitoring and conducting EDDFamiliarity with KYC screening tools such as ..... full job details .....
