Our clientA top tier global media and entertainment business is seeking a Senior Counsel to report to the GC.The positionAn exciting role with a great deal of variety and breadth across the business both domestically and internationally.Key responsibilitiesWorking with commercial stakeholders on growth strategy and opportunities.Supporting a variety of strategic commercial and corporate agreements.Working with creative contracts and looking at rights and IP, as well as production agreements.Experience requirements5 years or more experience at a major law firm or an in-house legal department is required.Strong academic backgroundAble to work with good degree of autonomyConsummate team player with excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism to interact well with internal and external stakeholders.Strong commercial awareness, conviction, and willingness to provide considered, practical and calibrated advice.Due to the high volume of applications, if you haven’t heard back from the team on this role, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
