You ll act as a role model to junior staff, help oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care. Work is based across homes in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.Previously worked as a Residential Support Worker, Support Worker, Childcare Worker, Residential, Children, care worker.Ideal Candidate will have:NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)Experience in children s residential careA strong understanding of EBD and challenging behavioursFull UK Driving LicenceA passion for providing exceptional care and safeguardingCommitment to values of empathy, trust, honesty, integrity, and compassionRight to work in the UK is essential.
