We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Manager to lead our talented software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-quality software products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our web-based products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, security, performance, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s, Master''s or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or a related fieldProven experience in software development and management or project leadershipProject management skills for planning, timing, executing, and reportingStrong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressureExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best workExperience with Angular, Node.js, CSS, HTML or other web frameworksExperience with Agile methodologyDesirable Qualifications

Hands-on experience as a full-stack developerPractical experience with cyber security tools such as Veracode or SD ElementPrior experience with access control or video security applicationsJob Details
