Axon Moore are supporting a global consumer business with the appointment of a Group Financial Accounting Specialist, to work in their Group head office in Central London.This role will be instrumental in the group financial reporting activities, liaising with the various other subsidiary businesses based in the UK and across Europe. This is a highly visible role in the organisation, and requires a technically strong accountant who is able to converse in both English and French to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing group reporting and consolidation, which is across multiple currencies and international territoriesManage the group management accounts processPlay a key role in the Group annual statutory reporting processes under IFRS, liaising with auditors and running the annual audit on behalf of the businessBudgeting and forecasting, supporting various teams across relevant territoriesEstablished key KPIsManaging cash and banking position and supporting on treasury mattersSupporting on MandA matters on ad-hoc occasions The role is based in London on candidates can work in a hybrid way, however they are required to be based in the London office for most of the week, and be open travel on the odd occasion across both UK and Europe and sites.
