You''ll lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team responsible for inspection, faulting, maintenance and renewal activities. You''ll: Direct and organise team activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of all work Establish and maintain robust safety arrangements and safe systems of work Proactively manage quality, compliance and the competence of your team Ensure vehicles, tools, equipment and materials are fit for purpose Produce essential reports that help keep our operations running smoothly Work hands-on, setting the standard for excellence across the team This is a safety-critical role, which may involve days, nights, weekends, and on-call working, and is subject to medical, drug and alcohol testing.
