Maintain cleanliness and ensure a tidy appearance. Clean floors, surfaces, walls, and fitments using appropriate tools and agents. Empty bins and pick up litter. Clean toilets according to customer standards. Use cleaning equipment as needed. Inform the public of cleaning hazards. Follow health and safety regulations. Adhere to operating and emergency procedures. Perform other duties as directed. Person Specifications Must Have Understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high cleaning standards. Reliable and safety-conscious. Flexibility to work varied hours and cover for absences. Ability to work under pressure and use initiative. Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks. Nice to Have Experience in cleaning public areas. Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health). Customer care experience.
