We are working with a well-established and progressive law firm in Northampton that is looking to appoint a Senior Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its thriving Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a strong track record in employment law and business development to step into a senior, client-facing role.

The RoleAs a key member of the team, you will manage a diverse caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Typical work will include:Advising clients on contracts, policies, and HR-related issuesHandling employment tribunal claims for both Respondents and ClaimantsProviding strategic, solutions-focused advice across a wide range of sectorsMentoring and supporting junior team membersPlaying an active role in business development and client relationship management

About YouWe’re looking for a solicitor who can demonstrate:

A minimum of 6 years’ PQE in employment lawStrong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious mattersProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsConfidence in managing a varied workload and contributing to team growth
