I''m working with a specialist children''s home in Folkestone that is looking for a compassionate and committed Residential Support Worker to join their team. This home provides a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with learning disabilities, supporting them to grow in confidence and achieve their full potential.

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Provide tailored care and support for children with learning disabilities
• Encourage independence, life skills, and positive routines
• Be part of an experienced and supportive team that creates a warm, inclusive environment

What You''ll Need

• Previous experience in a care setting (ideally supporting children or individuals with learning disabilities)
• A caring, patient, and reliable approach
• Flexibility to work sleep-in shifts. There will be between 2-6 a month.
• The legal right to work in the UK (please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
