This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience in Groundworks, Earthworks, or Civil Engineering to join a well-established and growing construction company specialising in commercial developments. The company is a well-established name in commercial groundworks, recognised across the UK for delivering high-quality and versatile projects, primarily throughout the North of England. Projects can vary from commercial drainage packages, to commercial refurbishment, to groundworks and civils projects. Project values typically range from -40,000 to -1.5 million. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee project delivery, ensuring each one is completed on time and to the highest standards.

As Operations Manager, the role involves managing project timelines and resources by reviewing material lists and schedules, coordinating site teams, ordering materials, conducting regular site visits to ensure smooth operations, handling administrative tasks, collecting project data, and communicating key information back to the office staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership role such as Site Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Contracts Manager, or Operations Manager, with a background in groundworks, civil engineering, or earthworks. This role is based in Bradford, involving both office and site-based responsibilities.
