Key Objectives:Payroll and Benefits Advisor to provide a comprehensive and accurate payroll service across the business.Excellent Service delivery Key Duties/Tasks:Working as part of a team to provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queriesDeliver monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay, benefits and control accounts, ensuringSupport the processing and running of the end to end monthly payroll for 140 employeesEnsuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Pension ContributionsReporting and full understanding of data and errorsManual calculationsManage Holiday entitlement i.e. Bank holidays SMP,SSP,SPPUpdating holiday and sickness spreadsheets weeklyProcessing New Starters and Leavers and issuing of P45All HMRC processes Including RTI Submissions, FPS, PPSP60''s P45''s P11d and Year-End ProcessProcessing of Pension from Start to EndDealing with Attachment of Earnings and other deductionsWorking closely with finance ensuring costings and under and over payments balanceEnsuring current payroll legislation knowledge is up to date and in line with HMRC, with procedures updated accordingly and Payments to HRMC for Paye and National Insurancecontribute to continuous improvementSupport payroll systems projects and testingAnalysis of periodic dataWork ..... full job details .....
