A great opportunity for an AP Specialist to join a thriving contemporary, high-end fashion brand in London Your new company You will work for a fast-growing luxury international fashion brand with stunning offices located in East London.Your new role This is a sole charge Accounts Payable job in which you will undertake end-to-end responsibilities related to AP including (but not limited to):Processing and coding circa 100 supplier invoices per day, paying particular attention to ensuring the correct tax application for foreign currency invoicesPreparation and execution of nine weekly payment runs, in multiple currencies (GBP, EUR, USD)Supplier statement reconciliationBuilding and maintaining strong supplier relationshipsInvestigation and resolution of supplier queriesAssisting with month-end closeManagement of aged payablesWorking closely with other internal teams to improve invoice processing timelines and efficienciesProviding support for internal and external auditsOngoing process improvement/streamliningWhat you''ll need to succeed The successful candidate will evidence recent, relevant experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role (ideally within a sole charge capacity).Relevant industry experience within the Retail/FMCG sector is essential.French language skills are highly desirable.Multi-currency experience highly advantageousPrevious experience and desire to be involved in ongoing process streamlining in order to improve efficienciesWhat you''ll get in ..... full job details .....
