Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, both in small groups and one-to-one settings
• Assist teachers in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons
• Support the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment that empowers all students
• Monitor and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback to support development
• Participate in classroom preparation and other school activities as required

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school setting
• A strong desire to help students thrive and achieve their potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive, flexible team player
• Driving licence preferred due to the schoolandrsquo;s more remote location
