My client is a fast-growing D2C brand looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead acquisition, retention, and brand growth across all digital channels.Salary - Up to £75,000Location - Nottingham (hybrid)The RoleYou’ll own the end-to-end digital strategy, blending creative brand-building with performance marketing to scale revenue and customer lifetime value. This is a leadership role with hands-on execution in a high-growth, data-driven environment.Responsibilities

Lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (paid media, SEO, CRM, and CRO).Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimise campaigns for growth and efficiency.Oversee lifecycle marketing to drive retention.Collaborate with the creative team to deliver compelling campaigns.Monitor analytics, report on performance, and identify growth opportunities.Requirements
