Setting up and closing down the restaurantOrdering drink and non consumable stock – Store equipment and supply managementDealing with all customer booking requestsHelping the chefs during service time with drinks serviceUnderstanding and management of ingredients and drinksManaging a staff of 1 or 2 others (hiring, training, monitoring and evaluation) and schedule/shift management (No. of staff per hour and line-schedule control)Reporting directly to chef and operations managerSalary
