We are currently looking for a Learning Disabilities Support Worker for a day centre 

Working Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

This is a service for Adults with different degrees of Learning Disabilities 

Some with Physical needs and dual diognosis 

The Aim is to try and meet the identified needs of an individual so that they can develop new skills and lead an independant life as possible.

Integrating into the community and using facilities in the community

Onsite Activities include:

Catering

Art

Drama 

Music

Gardening

Massage

Multi sensory

Pottery

Computer Sessions

Swimming

Museums 

Galleries

Bowling

To be considered for this role:

• Must have at least 3 years experience working in a learning disabilities day centre 
• Must be able to provide 5 years references 
• Have an enhanced DBS or be willing to do a new application 
• Have full Mandatory Training or be willing to refresh 
• This is a contracted post with the possibility of a permanent contract
