Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Ledger to support operational and finance functions for our client based in Newark (NG24)
This is a part-time role 24 Hours
Working hours are flexible
-25,00027,000 Pro-rata
Duties
- Setting up new clients
- Producing invoices
- Banking and reconciliation
- Running off turnover statements
- Chasing up outstanding debts (not always the easiest part of the job)
- Sorting out any rebates and filing
- Checking VAT has been included on invoices
- Providing creditors with VAT receipt
Experience/Skills
- Experience within a similar role is essential.
- Organised and Meticulous
- Able to manage own time effectively
- Experience working within a finance department.
