Site Manager

Responsibilities
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Implement and monitor health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Regularly review progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Your duties will be the general day to day tasks, making sure the trades are working safely, the site is on time and to budget.
Qualifications
CSCS Card (Managers), SMSTS, 3 day First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
