We specialise personalised dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.We are looking for Registered General Nurse/Mental Health Nurse/LD nurses to work nights at our service Cherry Tree House in Stockport.As a Registered General Nurse/Mental Health Nurse/LD nurse with experience of supporting those with dementia, you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day.Must be hold a valid NMC pin with no practice restrictions.The people we employ are the best at what they do and provide the highest standards of care to the people we support.
