Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within the design & build sector, delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects across Central London - previous management experience in this sector is essential. 

The Company

Our client is an established electrical-only subcontractor with a strong reputation for delivering commercial office fit-outs to a high standard. With continued growth and repeat business from leading main contractors, they offer stability, progression, and long-term opportunity.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Projects are based throughout Central London.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from inception to completion

• Overseeing programme, budget, and quality control

• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Attending client and site meetings

• Ensuring H&S compliance and industry standards are met

• Reporting to senior management on progress and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Electrical Project Manager role

• Proven experience delivering CAT A / CAT B office fit-outs - essential 

• JIB GOLD CARD

• SSSTS / SMSTS 

• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
