Air Conditioning and Heatpump Installer £35,500-£46,800 doe Company based in Witham My client are a successful and skilful installer of residential air conditioning heat pump systems into peoples homes, whether this be home offices, bedrooms, lounges or alike. They specialise in the installation of air-to-air heat pump systems, not water based systems that serve underfloor heating etc. They are seeking a skilled and dedicated air conditioning and heat pump engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a good mechanical knowledge and have experience in air conditioning heat pump systems, maintenance, and equipment repair, although the role is predominantly installation biased. This role involves working within peoples homes on various projects throughout Essex and the Home Counties. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential settings, although the role is mainly installation biased. A new company vehicle will be allocated to the role and is to be kept in good order and well stocked at all times. The engineer will have their own trainee to support them in the role where we expect them to be trained accordingly. You are expected to be punctual and work between 40 and 50 hours every week, excluding holidays and bank holidays. Overtime is paid for hours over and above your normal working week.
