Sounds exciting, doesn''t? We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships to be responsible for driving the strategic development and management of commercial partnerships. They will ensure the long-term financial and brand success of the team by securing and maintaining relationships with sponsors and partners aligned with the team''s values and goals and ensure that partnerships deliver measurable value for both the team and its partners on a global stage.
Responsibilities
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging partnership opportunities and provide strategic insights.
In collaboration with Commercial and Communications Directors, develop tailored activation programs and campaigns to maximize partner exposure and ROI, both on and off the track.
Regularly evaluate partnership performance, ensuring contractual obligations and KPIs are met while addressing partner feedback and evolving needs.
Ensure all partnership activities comply with F1 regulations and team standards.
Drive revenue growth through innovative sponsorship packages and creative solutions tailored to partners'' business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, commercial, communications, and operations) to integrate partnership deliverables seamlessly across all team activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to deliver compelling storytelling and brand visibility for partners across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
Lead a team of partnership managers and executives, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support; collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align partnership strategies with the wider business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven extensive experience in partnership or sponsorship management, ideally in motorsport, sports, or a similarly dynamic global environment.
Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior executives and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of brand activation, marketing, and digital trends, with experience in creating innovative campaigns.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.
Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
A varied and established network within sports, automotive, or sponsorship industries is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Available to travel and participate in 15 to 19 events a year.
Travel 40-50%.
