You''ll work closely with senior leadership and act as the No. 2 in the finance function, taking ownership of day-to-day operations, month-end processes, reporting, and supporting strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations and Reporting Oversee day-to-day financial operations and supervise junior finance staff.Lead month-end close, including preparation and review of journals, PandL, balance sheet, and consolidated reports.Produce and present monthly management packs and financial analysis.Manage statutory reporting, governance requirements, tax obligations (VAT, Corporation Tax etc.) across multiple entities.Prepare statutory accounts and support external audits, ensuring deadlines are met.
