This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across the classroom, helping them to engage with learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning across the classroom
Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Support pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupil needs
Requirements
Essential:
GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant
Knowledge of SEN and intervention support
Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject
