As a Special Needs Assistant, you ll play a vital role in helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally. The children you will be supporting are on the Autistic spectrum and have mild Social and Emotional Needs. About the Role As a Special Needs Assistant in Harlow, Essex, you ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of special educational needs. You ll provide one-to-one and small group support, help create inclusive learning opportunities, and celebrate each child s progress big or small.
