What-You''ll-Be-Doing

• Handling-inbound-sales-enquiries-via-phone-and-email.
• Providing-expert-technical-advice-across-our-product-range.
• Proactively-contacting-customers-with-new-product-launches-and-special-offers.
• Working-closely-with-our-Brand-and-Sales-teams-to-ensure-exceptional-customer-support.
• Managing-your-own-workload-effectively-while-delivering-outstanding-service.

What-We''re-Looking-For

• Previous-customer-service-and/or-sales-experience.
• Strong-communication-skills-with-excellent-spoken-and-written-English.
• Confidence-in-providing-technical-product-advice.
• Good-working-knowledge-of-Microsoft-Office-applications.
• A-solid-understanding-of-Road-and-MTB-bikes-is-desirable.
• Knowledge-of-Shimano-products-would-be-highly-advantageous.
• A-motivated-team-player-who-can-manage-multiple-priorities-and-consistently-achieve-goals.
• Experience-within-the-cycling-industry-is-preferred-but-not-essential-for-the-right-candidate.
