Oversee daily operations, including managing reservations.Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with team members and guests.Foster a positive work environment, collabrate with other departments and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service delivery.To ensure that your all team members are developed to provide a hospitable service in line with the operating standards and procedures/brand standards.To motivate your team, clarify goals, provide training to establish and achieve personal development goals for team members.To ensure that your team are aware of hotel availability and take every opportunity to maximise room sales. Increase room revenue by supervising effectiveness of room category upselling.A strong focus on developing your team to create a positive guest experiences and exceeding expections.To ensure our values are implemented in hotel’s daily operations.Ensure all health,safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed by all team members and within the premises. To display a pro-active and innovative approach to skills development and standards enhancement with your team.Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.What you should bring

Minimum 1-2 year’s previous experience of a management role, from an Internationally recognised branded hotelAbility to analyse performance metricsKnow how to set and manage a budget to achieve optimal returnsCandidates with a strong Front of House background and opening experience are preferredCapability to handle unexpected situations, customer complaints and operational issues with professionalismA good working knowledge of Opera PMS,is desiredWhat we offer
