Meet the Gentleman You'll Support
Our gent is a vibrant soul in his early 30s who lives at home with his loving family and cheerful dog, surrounded by warmth and familiarity. Living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), he uses a wheelchair and starts each day with a calm moment of meditation. He treasures family time and is always up for a laughhis sense of humour brings joy into every room.

He's looking for a support worker who isn't just there to assist, but someone who truly sees him, shares in meaningful moments, and brings kindness, patience, and a bit of fun into his mornings. If you're someone who values connection and wants to make a positive difference at the start of someone's day, this could be a wonderful match.

What we need from you: Your Role, Your Impact

This part-time morning position is not just about tasksit's about showing up with kindness and respect. You'll work alongside another team member to assist with:

• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Administering medication

• Don't worry if you haven't done this before you'll be given all the training and support you need to feel confident and capable.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient, and empathetic
• Reliable and flexible
• A great communicator who understands the power of a caring word
• Hours are Monday Friday 8am to 10am.
• 10 hour contracts available
