Permanent role Competitive salary offered Hours will be 1.30pm 11pm Monday to Friday AM shift may also be available 5am 2pm Competitive salary offered starting from £13.50 per hour. Reporting directly to the Leading Hand Purpose of the role As a Production Operative within our door manufacturing facilities, you will play a key role in producing high-quality doors to exacting standards. Working as part of a collaborative production team, you ll contribute to daily output targets, uphold our commitment to safety and quality, and actively engage in daily tier meetings to support continuous improvement and team communication. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing and Assembly: Operate machinery and tools to assemble doors and related components in accordance with production plans and specifications. Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects, deviations, or potential improvements promptly. Teamworking: Collaborate with colleagues across shifts and departments to maintain smooth workflow, share best practices, and support a positive, team-oriented culture.
