The Role As an MFL Specialist, you will be an integral part of the secondary faculty, responsible for: High-Quality Delivery: Teaching French, Spanish, or German across KS3 and KS4. GCSE Preparation: Guiding Year 10 and 11 students through their exams with a focus on attainment and confidence. Creative Planning: Designing interactive lessons that bring language to life through culture, media, and authentic texts. Assessment and Feedback: Tracking pupil progress and providing tailored support to ensure every student reaches their potential. What We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but we welcome applications from experienced MFL Instructors with a strong track record.
