Project Manager - Fully Remote role (Mandarin speaker required)

Are you a master of turning blank floor plans into bustling F&B destinations? Do you thrive on juggling site selection, negotiations, construction, and grand openings - and still deliver on time and within budget?

We''re looking for a results-driven Project Manager to take the lead on our new store projects from A to Z. You''ll be the driving force behind our growth, working across departments to deliver high-profile, high-impact store launches.

• Strategic Planning:

  • Use GIS heatmaps and consumer data to pinpoint the hottest locations - from thriving shopping malls to busy transport hubs.

  • Build ROI models, forecast breakeven cycles, and lead the investment approval process.

• Site Selection & Negotiation:

  • Take charge from scouting to signing - securing prime properties, ensuring compliance (fire safety, environmental, licensing), and nailing contract terms.

  • Work hand-in-hand with Legal and Risk to protect the business.

• Project Oversight:

  • Review designs, lead contractor bids, and oversee construction to guarantee top-quality finishes delivered on time.

  • Control budgets with precision - keeping variance within -5%.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for smooth delivery of equipment, furniture, and fixtures.

• Opening Preparation:

  • Drive pre-opening readiness with Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, and other teams.

  • Secure all regulatory approvals to ensure smooth, compliant launches.

Essential:

• 5+ years'' experience in store development in chain restaurants, hospitality, or a similar sector

• Proven track record in delivering multiple full-cycle openings

• Strong background in fit-out/construction management and compliance

• Skilled in commercial property negotiations and landlord relations

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)

Desirable:

• PMP certification or Level 1/2 Construction Engineer license (China)

• Experience in projects within shopping malls, airports, or major transport hubs
