Legal Recruiting Coordinator
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis. This is an exciting role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with lateral attorney recruitment in London and Europe. Responsibilities will include:Managing the CV portal, reviewing, screening, and summarising CVs. Liaising with recruitment agencies and maintaining strong relationships. Supporting with ad hoc document review and contract attorney recruitment. Coordinating interviews, arranging room bookings and meeting links, welcoming candidates, and gathering feedback. Tracking and updating recruitment progress to Partners and on the system. Assisting with draft offer letters and preparing documentation.Accurately recording and updating candidate status on the database. Coordinating inductions for new joiners including, induction sessions, welcome packs, and delivering welcome sessions. Acting as a point of contact for pre-joining communications and queries. Circulating announcements for new joiners. Recording charts for joiners, leavers, and transfers. Assisting with tracking activity internationally for recruitment reports.Assisting with invoice and expense tracking, as necessary.
