Italian speaking

Credit Controller

to join a very friendly and supportive international team. You will be responsible for all collection duties for their Italian speaking client accounts which will include the following responsibilities.Allocation of cash receipts to the appropriate customer accountSending letters, email and making telephone calls for overdue paymentsSetting credit limits, releasing orders and closing/opening customer accountsAnalyse cash receipts and post payments to the appropriate customer accountsCredit checking new and existing customersProviding copies of invoice and paperwork to customersBank transfers, posting journals and taking credit card paymentsCANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLSFluency in Italian and EnglishPrevious credit control or accounts receivable is an advantage but all experiences of accounts will be consideredStrong numerical and excellent communication skillsExcellent prioritisation skillsSALARYc£35,000 pa depending on experience plus benefits
