Working closely with the Business Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on building relationships and developing new business. This is a busy and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, teamwork, and delivering excellent service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am 5:15pm based at our Ipswich town centre office.Duties and Responsibilities include:Supporting the sales process with administrative tasks including posting job adverts, preparing sales orders, liaising with job boards, and managing campaign lifecyclesMaintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate sales activity and customer interactionsAssisting in the preparation of sales proposals and branded documentationSupporting telephone screening campaigns by engaging ..... full job details .....
