Busy Bees Ashford Godinton, rated Good by Ofsted, is a beautiful purpose-built nursery located within the secure grounds of Godinton Primary School, accommodating 108 children. Our facility features six spacious rooms, each tailored to specific age groups, with secure outdoor environments. We have a large, longstanding team dedicated to providing children with the best start in life and maintain a strong relationship with the local school. What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children''s growth and learning.Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support children’s development.Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs, building strong family connections.Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years EducationProven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood educationGood communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activitiesAt Busy Bees, we’re committed to care, quality, value, and service.
