Carrier is now looking for a Service Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the Service Sales team in the UK.

What will the key responsibilities be?

Translates the sales strategy for the team and supports the delivery of sales initiativesEstablishes a regular and rigorous sales cadence in measuring activities to achieve orders planEnsures country sales plan, territory plans and account plans are in place and regularly maintainedProvides timely feedback and performance management to individuals within the sales teamEngages in recruiting activitiesDevelops, maintains, and manages a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure an accurate forecast of bookings, revenue, and sales initiativesReviews sales coverage to ensure resources are utilised effectively by matching them to verticals, territories and customers which maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

Experience working in a service based HVAC/building solutions/technology industryStrong leadership and previous team management experience is essentialHVAC Industry knowledge preferredProficiency in project management methodology, software and toolsSkilled in professional value-based selling processes and techniques in a B2B environmentSuccessful track record in managing, developing and coaching sales representativesEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a sales team, work across company departments and field service operations to ensure smooth sales coordination and orders handoverExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
