HR Assistant (Part-Time - 4 Days per Week) 9.00am - 5.00pm Hybrid Working (1 day from home)We''re working with a well-established, highly regarded professional services business that is looking to appoint an HR Assistant to join its friendly and supportive team.This is a varied, hands-on role within a small HR function. It would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team, getting involved across the full employee lifecycle, and building strong relationships across the business.The role will involve:Acting as a first point of contact for general HR queries, providing guidance on policies and proceduresSupporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, referencing and inductionsAssisting with recruitment coordination and general HR administrationMaintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR complianceSupporting performance review and appraisal processesLiaising with payroll providers and assisting with payroll-related queriesContributing to HR projects, audits and continuous improvement initiativesAbout you:Previous HR experience within a busy environmentGood understanding of employment legislation and HR best practiceHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator, able to build relationships at all levelsComfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office/SharePointWhat''s on offer:Part-time role (4 days per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm)Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, 1 from home)On-site ..... full job details .....
