Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Picking Operative to join our client based in Denby, near Ripley, DE5. The prime purpose of the Picking Operative is to pick profile lengths ready for distribution.Picking Operatives Hours:Static Days 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rotationPicking Operatives Pay:Days rate: 13.18 per hour plus overtime at time and a halfThe job roles and responsibilities of the Picking Operatives include:Participate in the processing of orders; including picking, packing, labelling, and storing of the product.Help to maintain organisation, cleanliness, and restock.Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures.Promote a positive work environment and maintain safety, always.Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Preferred knowledge of hand scannersPerform all other duties as assignedKey skills required for the role of Picking Operatives:Attention to detailPrevious experience of picking is requiredWorking as part of a teamThis job operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role routinely uses heavy equipment.
