The role involves selling a complete range of kitchen solutions and accessories into national and regional housebuilders, including some of the UK’s most recognised names in the new build sector.The successful candidate will inherit a strong portfolio of existing accounts and will be expected to manage and grow these while also targeting new business opportunities. The role involves working closely with design, commercial and buying teams at the regional office level to secure specifications for new build developments.CompanyThis is a long-established UK-based manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom furniture. The company supplies the Private Development, Public Sector, and Retail/DIY markets with quality, British-manufactured products.Production is based in the UK, and the company is a major player in the sector, competing with other high-profile manufacturers. Known for its commitment to quality, service, and innovation, it offers a supportive and commercially focused environment with significant investment in people and systems.PersonThe ideal candidate will be an ambitious and results-driven sales professional with experience in the housebuilder or new build sector.Background in KBB, interiors, or another design-led product is strongly preferredWill also consider candidates from heavyside or PandH sectors if they can demonstrate strong sales performance and motivation to move into a more aesthetic product rangeProven track record of commercial success – including growth figures, key wins, and major accountsComfortable working with CRM platforms (this team uses Monday.com)Must be proactive, structured, and tenacious in approachOpen on age and background – attitude, hunger and results matter mostYou will be part of a national KAM team and report into an experienced and commercially focused management team.Browse Upload your CV/resume or any other relevant file.
