Oversee and mentor the Finance Manager and manage the Finance Assistant, fostering a high-performing and supportive teamConsolidated Reporting:

Lead the timely and accurate consolidation of monthly financial results for our nine entitiesStatutory Accounts Management:

Manage the annual process, acting as the primary point of contact for external accountants and ensuring all necessary documentation and information are provided efficientlyBoard Pack Preparation:

Reviewing management information and preparing a detailed consolidated and individual company monthly board pack for review by the CFOBudgeting and forecasting:

preparation of subsidiary and group budgets and rolling forecasts and providing insights on business performanceCash flow forecasting:

weekly cash flow forecasts for all entities to aid better cash managementHMRC Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT for all registered entities and other required reports, maintaining full compliance with tax regulationsProcess Improvements:

Review current processes and implement improved practices. Optimising the newly implemented accounting and project management systemsWho We Are Looking For:Qualified Accountant:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency or professional services environmentExceptional Communication:

Proven ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, from senior management to non-finance colleaguesAnalytical Acumen:
