What You''ll Do:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and premises.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Actively participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient, safe, and productive workplace.

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
• Expertise in electro-mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
• Experience in TPM and continuous improvement processes.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of power presses and metal forming equipment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Welding and abrasive wheel training.
• Health and Safety Committee involvement.

Qualifications:
