Garden Maintenance Team Leader London Full-Time High-End Residential Gardens We are working with a number of high-end London-based clients who are seeking an experienced and motivated Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join their established teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable horticulturist with strong leadership skills to take responsibility for maintaining prestigious private gardens to an exceptional standard, while leading and supporting a small team on site. Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising a small garden maintenance team Maintaining high-end gardens to an exceptional standard Liaising directly with clients in a professional and confident manner Operating and maintaining horticultural tools and machinery Ensuring equipment is well maintained and used safely Adhering to current health and safety regulations Carrying out a full range of seasonal horticultural tasks Requirements Proven experience in garden maintenance, with team leadership or supervisory experience Full UK driving licence (essential) RHS Level 2 / NVQ Level 3 in Horticulture (or equivalent, or working towards) Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physically fit and willing to undertake manual work Desirable: PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates What s on Offer Opportunity to work on ..... full job details .....
