We are looking for a Deputy Manager to help develop this exciting project alongside our Responsible Individual and Registered Manager. This is a great opportunity to help us shape the home from the beginning, ensuring it is person-centred, trauma-informed, and committed to providing outstanding care. CCP has over 35 years of experience delivering high-quality services, and we will be building on our three Ofsted supported accommodation registrations to help ensure that children who need care in Swindon have a home locally.We are looking for someone who can provide a safe, stable and supportive environment where children are valued and cared for.
