Administrator (Parking Permits team)

About the Role: One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for an experienced proactive and organised Administrator to join the Parking Permits Team on a temporary contract. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of essential parking services to local residents and businesses operating in Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs). Key Responsibilities: Review and process online parking permit applications for residents and businesses Assess eligibility, issue permits, or request further information where needed Respond to enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner Provide face-to-face customer support at the permits counter in reception Liaise with internal departments, residents, and external stakeholders to resolve permit-related queries Handle complex or escalated cases with professionalism and attention to detail Maintain accurate records in accordance with council procedures and data protection regulations Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within local government or a parking services environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Confident using IT systems and managing customer data Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd. ..... full job details .....
