Days, nights and weekend shifts Excellent rates of pay Immediate starts available Duties Safely operate HGV Class 1, 2, or Van vehicles in accordance with legal and company requirements Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Deliver goods to various locations within specified timeframes, maintaining punctuality Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including delivery notes and logs Adhere to all traffic laws and health and safety regulations during operations Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues Maintain a clean and organised vehicle interior and exterior throughout shifts Qualifications Valid HGV Class 1, 2 licence or Van driving licence with relevant experience Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with flatbed or delivery vehicles Delivery driver experience is highly desirable Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws in the UK Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely when required A ..... full job details .....
