Our client, a forward-thinking engineering business at the forefront of electric propulsion innovation, is currently seeking a Quality Inspector (Electrical) to support their expanding quality function. Operating from a brand-new, high-tech facility, this role focuses on the inspection and verification of electrical and electronic components used in high-voltage applications for the automotive, motorsport, and aerospace sectors. The Quality Inspector (Electrical) will: Perform incoming inspection of PCBs, cable assemblies, and other EE components, ensuring conformance to specifications Carry out visual checks, multimeter measurements, Megger insulation testing, and other relevant electrical tests Handle sensitive components following ESD protocols and safety procedures Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and industry standards to verify part accuracy Accurately document inspection results and maintain full traceability of inspected parts Support the resolution of non-conformances in collaboration with engineering and supply chain teams The Quality Inspector (Electrical) will have: Apprenticeship, vocational training, or equivalent experience in EE inspection or manufacturing. 3+ years in a quality role within automotive, aerospace, or electronics sectors. Confident using multimeters, insulation testers, and other HV testing equipment. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection standards.
